C. Our Role
mkautorepairandrestoration.co.uk operates solely as a booking platform, connecting customers with independent mobile mechanics. These mechanics operate under their own businesses and are responsible for their own schedules and services.
Any agreement regarding work carried out — including pricing, parts, warranties, or disputes — is strictly between you and the mobile mechanic. We do not intervene in disputes or provide refunds for completed work, although we can supply mechanic contact details if requested.
Our responsibility is limited to facilitating bookings. Once a confirmation fee is paid, the service is considered to be purchased directly from the mobile mechanic, not from mkautorepairandrestoration.co.uk.
D. Service Information and Limitations
We advertise a range of automotive repair, diagnostic, and inspection services delivered by independent mobile mechanics. While we aim to provide accurate information about services and pricing, we do not guarantee the outcome or quality of any work performed.
Mobile mechanics are not employees or representatives of mkautorepairandrestoration.co.uk and are fully responsible for the services they provide.
E. Mechanic Availability
We aim to match you with a mobile mechanic in your area at your preferred time. If this is not possible, we may offer an alternative mechanic from a nearby location.
F. Booking Policies
Non-Refundable Fees
Booking confirmation fees are non-refundable if you cancel after payment has been made.
Service Unavailability
If we are unable to assign a mechanic or your appointment is not fulfilled, you may request a full refund of the confirmation fee.
Sharing of Information
Your contact details may be shared with the assigned mechanic solely for the purpose of arranging and completing the service.
Uncontrollable Cancellations
If a booking is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., mechanic unavailability), we will cancel the appointment and issue a full refund.
G. Payment for Auto Services
All services are provided and charged directly by the mobile mechanic. Prices may vary depending on factors such as vehicle type, location, urgency, and parts required.
Before any work begins, you must agree directly with the mechanic on:

- Estimated duration of work
- Cost of parts
